As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Water Damage Restoration Marketing, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth. Your job is to spark conversations with potential customers through outbound prospecting and create qualified opportunities for you to close.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to keep our sales pipeline thriving. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently hit your goals, you’ll have the chance to grow into closing deals yourself.
To succeed, you’ll need excellent communication skills, grit, and a proactive approach to outreach and follow-up.
Work Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (40 hours/week). Must be flexible to work occasional additional hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
