Pricing for water damage SEO and paid ads

This page lists every plan we sell to water damage restoration companies. Water damage SEO comes as the Organic Growth plans, and paid ads come as management plans by number of platforms. All are billed monthly, with no startup fee and no long agreement.

Prices are the same for every company. What changes is how much of the work you choose to take on.

Organic Growth plans for a restoration company's search work

Silver has no website build. Gold and Platinum add a managed website that we host and keep current, and they raise the page and content counts.
  • Organic Growth Silver

    $1,495 a month

Search work for a restoration company that already has a website it likes. Pages, Maps and reviews, with no site build.

    • 25 landing pages a month, each aimed at a loss type and a town
    • 4 Strategic Content Assets, written to the questions callers type
    • Maps listing care and a review routine for each branch
    • One monthly summary of calls, forms and visits
  • Organic Growth Platinum

    $3,495 a month

For a company with several branches or a crowded market: the widest page output, the largest content run and the managed website.

    • 100 landing pages a month, so every town and loss type gets its own
    • 12 Strategic Content Assets each month for the questions that keep arriving
    • The managed website, hosted and kept current by our team
    • Maps, reviews and a monthly call-and-form summary for every branch

Platforms bill your own card for ad spend, and none of it passes through us. The managed website belongs to Gold and Platinum, not to Silver.

Paid Ads management plans for restoration companies, by platform

You pick one, two or three platforms. Our price is for managing the accounts. The money for clicks is separate.
  • One ad platform

    $895 a month

A lone platform managed by us, for a company testing paid ads for the first time.

    • Whichever of Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) or Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) you name first
    • Call and form tracking built before the budget is spent
    • A weekly look at the search terms and the audiences
  • Three ad platforms

    $2,295 a month

The full spread for a company with trucks to fill in several towns.

    • Google Ads, Bing Ads (Microsoft Advertising) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), each with a lane of its own
    • Search terms and audiences reviewed weekly on every platform
    • Tracking and one combined monthly page for all three

Platforms bill your own card for ad spend, and none of it passes through us. The managed website belongs to Gold and Platinum, not to Silver.

What sits inside a plan and what stays with the owner

A plan pays for our team's work on your marketing: the pages, the Maps and review routines, the ad management and the monthly summary. It does not pay for anything on the restoration side of your company, and it does not stand in for the decisions that belong to you, such as how your front desk answers, which loss types you take and what your company says about itself.

Silver is for a company that already has a website it likes and wants pages and Maps work around it. Gold and Platinum include a managed website, hosted and kept up by us, so the pages we write have a home that we maintain. If you would rather keep your own site, Silver is the plan built for that.

Ad spend is kept apart from our fee. You pay each platform yourself, with your own card, and the platform decides what a click costs. We do not take a cut of it, and we do not hold it. For more on how the ad side is organised, see the paid ads page.

We make no promise about rankings, call counts or how a month will turn out. What we promise is the work, written down and read in the same order every month. A quiet month does not change the price, and a busy month does not either. Anything you want to compare against, the services page and the search page describe in more detail.

Questions about what a restoration company pays and what it gets

Does a restoration company pay anything before the first month starts?

No. There is no startup fee on any plan. Billing begins with the first month of work, and each month stands on its own.

Are the water damage SEO plans tied to a term?

No. Plans are billed monthly. If your schedule goes quiet or you want a different tier, tell us, and we change the plan from there.

What do the platforms charge on top of the paid ads management fee?

Each platform charges for clicks or impressions according to its own system, and you pay it directly. That amount is your ad budget, and you set it. Our fee covers only the management of the accounts.

Which plan should a single-branch restoration company start with?

If you already have a website you like, Silver is the natural place to begin. If the site is dated or you would like us to host and maintain it, Gold fits. A company with several branches or several crowded towns might look at Platinum. The first call with our CEO is a good place to compare.

Does a restoration company pay more when it adds a second branch?

The plans are priced by page output and by the number of ad platforms, not by branch count. A company with several branches usually needs more pages and a broader Maps routine, which is why Platinum exists. Talk it through on the call with our CEO.

Do the plans include customer work for a restoration company, such as job reports?

No. Our plans cover marketing only. Nothing in them touches how your company runs a job or deals with a homeowner, a carrier or an adjuster.
